CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT

To book appointments, a valid credit card must be on file. Please note that your card will only be charged if you do not comply with our Cancellation Policy.

If your credit card transaction is declined, you will receive an invoice for online payment.

48-HOUR NOTICE

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked service.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice will result in a 100% charge to your credit card.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS AND REMINDERS

We send appointment confirmations and reminders via text and/or email based on the settings in your booking profile to assist you in managing your appointments effectively. Ensure these notifications are enabled & up to date.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please call us at 206-849-6620 to inform us and check if we can accommodate your adjusted appointment time. Arriving too late for any service may result in our cancellation fee being applied.

APPOINTMENTS BOOKED WITH PRE-PAID PACKAGES

If you have booked using part of a prepaid package and fail to notify us or attend your appointment, you forfeit the pre-paid service.
