COVID POLICY - UPDATED 2/16/23

  • We ask that our clients be vaccinated for Covid-19 but we no longer require proof.

  • Please….if you are under the weather at all, cancel and reschedule your appointment. Please do not put our staff at risk of illness and we will do the same.

  • All of our staff are vaccinated & boosted for Covid-19 and will continue to do so per our policy.

  • Estheticians will be wearing approved facial covering, including gloves during your facial.

  • Reception staff will have the option to masks at their discretion.

  • It’s important that you are on time for your appointment. Clients 15 minutes or more late may need their service modified or rescheduled. Rescheduled appointments due to being late are subject to a 50% charge of the service missed. Please plan ahead. You can plan your trip & parking HERE.

    • If you are running late please call our office, we will always do our best to accommodate you.

  • If you are NEW please read all about our facial so you understand the process. This is NOT a spa facial. Details about individual services can be found HERE!

  • Each room has a HEPA air filtration system with UV-C light sterilization.

  • All rooms are cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant between every client including door handles and high touch areas in both treatment rooms and common areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are sick or not feeling well, we ask that you give us plenty of notice and cancel/reschedule your appointment, but we are aware that this may not always be possible.

DERMASPACE requires notice by phone voicemail, text, or email with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a late or no-show fee using the credit card on file when you booked the appointment.

Late Cancel Fee: 50% of the booked service.
No Show Fee: 100% of the booked service.


In an event that your card declines or does not go through, you will receive an invoice for the missed appointment, or you will be required to pay for the missed appointment during your next visit.

If you think you will be late to your appointment, please call us at 206-849-6620 and let us know and to confirm we can still accommodate you. Your appointment may need to be modified.
